Translation
To this Lord Balarāma replied, “Indeed, Śatadhanvā must have placed the jewel in the care of someone. You should return to Our city and find that person.

To this Lord Balarāma replied, "Indeed, Śatadhanvā must have placed the jewel in the care of someone. You should return to Our city and find that person.

Śrī Balarāma suggested, “The jewel might have been kept in the custody of another man in Dvārakā, so You’d better return and search it out.”
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Balarāma speaks with affectionate anger. He speculated that Akrūra must have it since he was qualified for it. “Search for him.”
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
After that (tataḥ), after a few moments, because he was fooled by the Lord who favored Akrūra, he spoke with great intelligence. He was internally angry, with strong affection (balaḥ) for Kṛṣṇa.
Probably (nūnam) the jewel was left with some person, some devotee of yours. He speaks out of angry affection.
