Translation
The King of Kośala, pleased to see Lord Kṛṣṇa, worshiped Him by rising from his throne and offering Him a seat of honor and substantial gifts. Lord Kṛṣṇa also greeted the King respectfully.

When it became known to the King of Kośala that Kṛṣṇa had come to ask the hand of his daughter, he was very much pleased. With great respect and pomp, he welcomed Kṛṣṇa to the kingdom. When Kṛṣṇa approached him, he offered the Lord a suitable sitting place and articles for reception. Everything appeared very elegant. Kṛṣṇa also offered him respectful obeisances, thinking him to be His future father-in-law.

The king worshipped Krsna and greeted him. Krsna also worshipped him.

The king, with a pretext for giving Kṛṣṇa his daughter, was pleased. He worshipped him by offering a seat according to custom and then worshipped him according to the scriptures, with suitable articles. The word ādibhiḥ indicates that he washed his feet, fanned him and did other services.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
The king was famous for following dharma (saḥ) or wanted to give his daughter to Kṛṣṇa. Ādibhiḥ indicates giving arghya, pādya and other items. He worshipped him with the best (gurunā) items, such as ornaments. This could also include arghya etc. but to stress the importance they are mentioned separately or they are mentioned separately because of the particular method he used in offering separately.
