Translation
O sinless one, I have now seen firsthand the pure love and chaste attachment you have for your husband. Even though shaken by My words, your mind could not be pulled away from Me.

“My dear chaste and pious wife, I have tested, on the basis of strict chastity, your love for your husband, and you have passed the examination most successfully. I have purposely agitated you by speaking many words not applicable to your character, but I am surprised to see that not a pinch of your devotion to Me has been deviated from its fixed position.

Śrīla Viśvanātha Cakravartī quotes the following verse describing the pure love between Rukmiṇī and Kṛṣṇa:
sarvathā dhvaṁsa-rahitaṁ
saty api dhvaṁsa-kāraṇe
yad bhāva-bandhanaṁ yūnoḥ
sa premā parikīrtitaḥ
“When the affectionate bond between a young man and a young woman can never be destroyed, even when there is every cause for the destruction of that relationship, the attachment between them is said to be pure love.” This is the nature of the eternal loving affairs between Lord Kṛṣṇa and His pure conjugal associates.
Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)
"Because (yat), your mind, filled with intense love for me, did not decrease even a little in its love, what to speak of getting destroyed, by my words meant to break your love, I have understood the quality of that love." In the scriptures prema is described as follows: that is called prema the love between the man and woman remains intact even if there is cause for its destruction. "O sinless one (anagha), who have committed no offense even through your servitors, please forgive me for my offense committed to you."

I have witnessed your pure love because (yat), though you were agitated by my joking words, your intelligence in prema did not decrease by knowledge of causes for breaking the affection, but remained fully fixed. The transformation of bhāva called prema has this unique quality:
sarvathā dhvaṁsa-rahitaṁ saty api dhvaṁsa-kāraṇe |
yad-bhāva-bandhanaṁ yūnoḥ sa premā parikīrtitaḥ |||
When the relationship of love between the couple remains always without destruction even when there is causes for destroying it, it is called prema. Ujjvala-nīlamaṇi 14.63
O Rukmiṇī! You do not consider offenses of the devotees (anagha). Therefore you should forgive my offense.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
The prema that you have for your husband was attained with skill or close to me, quickly and easily (upalabdham). Or “Let that be. Give your acceptance with your mouth.” I have directly realized your prema. What is the use of accepting it, because by my faultless qualities, which were not true, though you were disturbed, your mind did not decrease its prema. Rather that prema became most excellent. O Rukmiṇī! You do not consider offenses of the devotees (anagha). Therefore you should forgive my offense.
