इत्युक्त्वा तं परिक्रम्य पादौ स्पृष्ट्वा स्वमौलिना । अनुज्ञातो विमानाग्र्‍यमारुहत् पश्यतां नृणाम् ॥ ३० ॥

Verse text

ity uktvā taṁ parikramya pādau spṛṣṭvā sva-maulinā anujṣāto vimānāgryam āruhat paśyatāṁ nṛṇām

Synonyms

iti thus ; uktvā having spoken ; tam Him ; parikramya circumambulating ; pādau His feet ; spṛṣṭvā touching ; sva with his ; maulinā crown ; anujṣātaḥ given leave ; vimāna a celestial airplane ; agryam excellent ; āruhat he boarded ; paśyatām as they watched ; nṛṇām humans .

Translation

Having spoken thus, Mahārāja Nṛga circumambulated Lord Kṛṣṇa and touched his crown to the Lord’s feet. Granted permission to depart, King Nṛga then boarded a wonderful celestial airplane as all the people present looked on.

Having spoken thus, Mahārāja Nṛga circumambulated Lord Kṛṣṇa and touched his crown to the Lord's feet. Granted permission to depart, King Nṛga then boarded a wonderful celestial airplane as all the people present looked on. KB 10.64.30 Before entering the heavenly planets, King Nṛga circumambulated the Lord, touched his helmet to the Lord’s lotus feet and bowed before Him. Seeing the airplane from the heavenly planets present before him, he was given permission by the Lord to board it.

Krsna gave him permission to leave, instructing him by saying "After enjoying you will attain me."

He mounted the best vehicle, given by the Lord, as people looked on in astonishment. Still, he immediately departed. “He should have delayed at that time.” He was sent by the Lord.
