Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

"That same Kṛṣṇa who occupies the Sudharmā assembly hall and for His enjoyment took the pārijāta tree from the immortal demigods—that very Kṛṣṇa is indeed not fit to sit on a royal throne? KB 10.68.35 “Consider the exalted position of the Yadu dynasty. They have forcibly used both the assembly house and the pārijāta tree of the heavenly planets, and still you think that they cannot order you. Don’t you even think that Lord Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, can sit on the exalted royal throne and command everyone? All right! If your thinking is like that, you deserve to be taught a very good lesson.

Purport

Here Lord Balarāma angrily states, “Never mind the Yadus — these rascal Kauravas even dare to insult Lord Kṛṣṇa!”

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Remembering their words, "How audacious the Yadavas are" , angrily he expresses how they insulted even Krsna in three verses. "Is he not fit for the king’s throne?"

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

In criticizing the Yadus they also criticized Kṛṣṇa. For the pleasure of humans, Kṛṣṇa defeated the devatās for the pārijāta flower. Is he not worthy to sit on the throne? Kila expresses mockery or shaking the head. Certainly he is worthy. Or certainly he is worthy but others who are insignificant are not.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

Because of a curse of previous excellent persons, the Yādavas cannot sit on the throne. Kṛṣṇa who is directly bhagavān is also not qualified for the throne. In this way they speak of him. In anger Balarāma speaks two verses. Humans are not qualified for the pārijāta tree but Kṛṣṇa brought it for them by defeating Indra and the devatās. Having all powers, he is qualified for the throne. Kila expresses mockery or means “certainly.”
