mā bhaiṣṭa dūta bhadraṁ vo
ghātayiṣyāmi māgadham

Translation
With pleasing words the Lord addressed the messenger sent by the kings: “My dear messenger, I wish all good fortune to you. I shall arrange for the killing of King Magadha. Do not fear.”

After the departure of Nārada, Lord Kṛṣṇa addressed the messenger who had come from the imprisoned kings and told him that they should not be worried, for He would very soon arrange to kill the King of Magadha, Jarāsandha. Thus He wished good fortune to all the imprisoned kings and the messenger.
Purport
The statement
ma bhaiṣṭa,
“do not fear,” is in the plural, being intended for both the messenger and the kings. Similarly, the expression
bhadraṁ vaḥ,
“blessings unto you,” is also in the plural, expressing a similar intent.

The Lord said to the messenger, "Do not fear. I will kill Jarasandha." The phrase "Do do not fear (ma bhaista)" is in the plural because he is addressing all of the kings.

Remembering the Lord’s great, fathomless mercy and maintaining his vow to deliver the surrendered, Śukadeva speaks with a choked voice. “Do not fear. I will have Jarāsandha killed through Bhīma.”

The Lord pleased the messenger with words like “Do not fear” or “They are my devotees. Thus very soon their desires will be fulfilled” since he was most merciful (bhagavān). I will have him killed through Bhīma.
