King Yudhiṣṭhira respectfully brought Lord Govinda, the Supreme God of gods, to his personal quarters. The King was so overcome with joy that he could not remember all the rituals of worship. KB 10.71.39 As Mahārāja Yudhiṣṭhira brought Kṛṣṇa within the palace, the King became so confused in his jubilation that he practically forgot what he was to do at that time to receive Kṛṣṇa and worship Him properly.

Purport

Śrīla Prabhupāda writes: “As he brought Kṛṣṇa within the palace, King Yudhiṣṭhira became so confused in his jubilation that he practically forgot what he was to do at that time in order to receive Kṛṣṇa and worship Him properly.”

Purport (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Overcome with joy, the king did not know the proper way of worshipping.

Purport (Jiva Goswami)

Though he was to be known only by words, Kṛṣṇa was now visible to the senses (govindam). He was most rare, lord of Brahmā and other devatās (deva-deveśam). Yudhiṣṭhira respected him. Or “Why are you so confused, running here and there? I am dependent on you. Enough of this attempt at worshipping me! Just sit comfortably and let me gaze at you for a long time.” In this manner, in many ways, he was respected (ādṛtaḥ) by Kṛṣṇa. As a king (nṛpaḥ) he possessed all assistance to perform worship properly with all its elements. But he could not remember what to do, since he was overcome with joy.
