There is great gain for us in the assembly by going for the rajasuya sacrifice (etena), since we also kill Jarasandha.

Not only will this be beneficial for the kings and the Pāṇḍavas, but for us as well. By defeating him we will gain, since our powerful enemy will have died. Freeing the kings, you will gain fame. That is also our gain. Looking at the Yādavas, he made them favor his suggestion. Bandhāt is sometimes seen instead of baddhān. This is proper for you who have appeared on earth (govinda) to reveal yourself as Bhagavān.
