स्वयं च तदनुज्ञाता वृष्णय: कृष्णदेवता: । भुक्त्वोपविविशु: कामं स्‍निग्धच्छायाङ्‍‍घ्रिपाङ्‍‍घ्रिषु ॥ ११ ॥

svayaṁ ca tad-anujṣātā vṛṣṇayaḥ kṛṣṇa-devatāḥ bhuktvopaviviśuḥ kāmaṁ snigdha-cchāyāṅghripāṅghriṣu

Translation

Then, with the permission of Lord Kṛṣṇa, their sole object of worship, the Vṛṣṇis ate breakfast and sat down at their leisure beneath trees that gave cooling shade.

After describing activities on the day of the eclipse, now Śukadeva describes activities on the next day. They asked for permission to end the vrata and received it from Kṛṣṇa, since Kṛṣṇa was their object of worship.

Purport (Sanatana Goswami)

This verse describes other activities on the day of the eclipse. The word ca means “but” to describe other details. Taking permission from Kṛṣṇa, or going to their individual places, they ate, for Kṛṣṇa was their deity. And with his permission they relaxed in the shade of trees, while friends came and went.
