“I have already told you that my father was very affectionate to me, so when he saw that my desire had been fulfilled by my getting Lord Kṛṣṇa as my husband, in great happiness he began to distribute to friends and relatives various kinds of gifts, such as valuable garments, ornaments, bedsteads and sitting carpets.

The king honored the Lord’s friends and relations through that marriage (sambandhi) and other relatives (bāndhavān). At the time of the marriage the king himself came to Dvārakā.

The king honored his own or the Lord’s friends (suhṛt), relations through that marriage (sambandhi) and other relatives as well (bāndhavān). He honored them with priceless clothing etc. which were sent with them Or later the king himself came to Dvārakā.
