Translation

Purport
Nārada, the son of Brahmā, heard this account from Śrī Nārāyaṇa Ṛṣi. The epithet
brahma-dāyāda
also means that Nārada attained Brahman effortlessly, just as if it were his inherited birthright.

O son of Brahma, Narada (dayada)! With devotion, taking this supreme teaching which destroys attachment to the world, wander on this earth as you desire.

Nārada is shown to be qualified since he is a qualified son of Brahmā (brahma-dāyāda). Holding the teachings about Kṛṣṇa in your heart, wander the earth as you please, in order to remove the desires of men. Instead of bharjanam sometimes varjanam is seen. The meaning is the same. Men’s desires will be destroyed by proving bhakti through hearing.
Purport (Sanatana Goswami)
O son of Brahmā! As his son, you are as qualified as those sages. Holding these instructions in your heart and mouth, wander the earth at will (kāmam) to burn up the desires of men for material enjoyment. By having them hear this message, destroy their desire by the production of bhakti. The word ca distinguishes Nārada from the other sages.
