tau kṛṣṇau parame-ṣṭhinā
om ity ānamya bhūmānam
ādāya dvija-dārakān
nyavartetāṁ svakaṁ dhāma

yathā-rūpaṁ yathā-vayaḥ

Translation
Thus instructed by the Supreme Lord of the topmost planet, Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna assented by chanting om, and then they bowed down to almighty Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu. Taking the brāhmaṇa’s sons with them, they returned with great delight to Dvārakā by the same path along which they had come. There they presented the brāhmaṇa with his sons, who were in the same infant bodies in which they had been lost.

Thus instructed by the Supreme Lord of the topmost planet, Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna assented by chanting oṁ, and then they bowed down to almighty Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu. Lord Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna then offered their obeisances to Lord Mahā-Viṣṇu, and, taking back the brāhmaṇa’s children, they returned to Dvārakā via the same route by which they had entered the spiritual world. All the children of the brāhmaṇa had duly grown up. After returning to Dvārakā, Lord Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna delivered to the brāhmaṇa all of his sons.
Purport (Jiva Goswami)
Being ordered in this way, with the intention of performing a special pastime like Govardhana (where Kṛṣṇa was obedient to Govardhana), the two returned to Dvārakā. They were ordered by Bhagavān. This indicates Mahāviṣṇu’s powers clearly. The word kṛṣṇa denotes the source of all existence and bliss, parabrahman. Arjuna is included since he has the same name (kṛṣṇau). This also indicates that they had similar qualities and performed human pastimes together because of Kṛṣṇa being parabrahman in human form. They returned to his abode (svakam dhāma), Dvārakā, which is eternal.
Nityaṁ sannihitas tatra bhagavān madhusūdanaḥ: Kṛṣṇa is eternally present in Dvārakā. (SB 11.31.24) They were pleased because Arjuna’s desire was fulfilled (getting the sons back) and Kṛṣṇa’s desire was achieved (saving Arjuna). They returned as they had come, by going through brahma-jyoti etc. The sons were with the same appearance as when their father had last seen them. This was suitable since Kṛṣṇa was able to do the impossible, as was Arjuna (prabhū).

Instructed by Viṣṇu, they did as he said, since they respected his words, since he was the Lord who showed unlimmitd powers, manifesting a great form with eight arms (bhagavatā) and as the greatest (parameṣṭinā). They are called two Kṛṣṇas (kṛṣṇau) since they were always firm in friendship. They took the children and being pleased in all ways they returned to their (svakam) abode or the abode from which the two (sva) derived happiness (kam). How? They returned by the same path that they came to Viṣṇu. They gave the children to their parents, in their baby forms so that the parents would recognize them. “How could the children have the same form now, after having died long ago?” They two were fully capable of doing this. Arjuna was also a cause of this.
