राजन्नेवं कृतप्रश्नो वसुदेवेन धीमता ।
प्रीतस्तमाह देवर्षिर्हरे: संस्मारितो गुणै: ॥ १० ॥

vasudevena dhīmatā
prītas tam āha devarṣir
hareḥ saṁsmārito guṇaiḥ

Translation
Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: O King, Devarṣi Nārada was pleased by the questions of the highly intelligent Vasudeva. Because they suggested the transcendental qualities of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, they reminded Nārada of Lord Kṛṣṇa. Thus Nārada replied to Vasudeva as follows.

Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: O King! Nārada was pleased by the question of the highly intelligent Vasudeva, which reminded Nārada of Kṛṣṇa and his qualities. Thus Nārada replied to Vasudeva as follows.
He remembered the Lord along with his qualities. There is a rule adhīg artha-dayeśāṁ karmaṇi: verbs indicating remembering, giving, pitying, protecting, moving and ruling take the possessive case rather than the accusative. (Pāṇini 2.3.52) Thus hareh is in the possessive rather than accusative case.
