Translation

Who, then, could dare reject You, the very Soul, the most dear object of worship, and the Supreme Lord of all — You who give all possible perfections to the devotees who take shelter of You? Who could be so ungrateful, knowing the benefits You bestow? Who would reject You and accept something for the sake of material enjoyment, which simply leads to forgetfulness of You? And what lack is there for us who are engaged in the service of the dust of Your lotus feet?

Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

What person who knows the mercy that you show to your devotees could reject you, the dearest among all jīvas, the Supreme Lord of all, who gives all perfections to the devotees who take shelter of you? Who would reject you and accept something for the sake of material enjoyment or liberation, which simply leads to forgetfulness of you? And what lack is there for us who are engaged in the service of the dust of your lotus feet? You are the most beloved among all jīvas, since you appear as Nārada and other jīvas to teach bhakti. You are the Lord since you give the results of karma to everyone. You give all puruśārthas to those who surrender to you. What person who knows the mercy you showed Bali, Prahlāda and others (sva-kṛta-vit) would give you up? No one would. Only an ungrateful person, some low type of yogī who does not appreciate rasa would do so. And if a person worships you, would he worship you with the desire for material enjoyment or liberation? Who would worship you for liberation (anubhūtyai) or for kingdom, which is a way of forgetting you? No one would. Kim api modifies the verb. The meaning is “No one would worship with these intentions.” “But why do we see Prahlāda and other devotees who have no material desire attaining material assets and liberation?”Nothing is lacking for the devotee. As stated in the Nārāyaṇīya of the Mokṣa-dharma, in Mahābhārata: yā vai sādhana-sampattiḥ puruṣārtha-catuṣṭaye tayā vinā tad āpnoti naro nārāyaṇāśrayaḥ Whatever among the four goals of human life can be achieved by various spiritual practices is automatically achieved without such endeavors by the person who has taken shelter of Nārāyaṇa. Material enjoyment and liberation are the secondary results of bhakti, not desired by the devotee. But these are given by you to them anyway.

Purport

As stated in the Nārāyaṇīya of the Mokṣa-dharma, in Śrī Mahābhārata: yā vai sādhana-sampattiḥ puruṣārtha-catuṣṭaye tayā vinā tad āpnoti naro nārāyaṇāśrayaḥ “Whatever among the four goals of human life can be achieved by various spiritual practices is automatically achieved without such endeavors by the person who has taken shelter of Lord Nārāyaṇa, the refuge of all persons.” Thus a Kṛṣṇa conscious person knows that he will obtain all perfection of life simply by surrendering to the devotional service of Lord Kṛṣṇa. This is the highest stage of yoga, as confirmed in Bhagavad-gītā.
