Translation

Such devotees come to understand the supreme transcendental situation of the Personality of Godhead, Lord Viṣṇu, because they are no longer polluted by the concepts of “I” and “my,” which are based on body and home.

Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

Such devotees understand the supreme position of Viṣṇu, because they are no longer polluted by the concepts of "I" and "my," which are based on body and home. This clarifies the meaning of the previous verse. Adhigacchanti refers to avasitam. And daurjanyam refers to daurātmyam.
