kṣaṇena kila bhārata
gaja-mātraḥ pravavṛdhe
tad adbhutam abhūn mahat

Translation
O descendant of Bharata, while Brahmā was observing Him, that boar became situated in the sky in a wonderful manifestation as gigantic as a great elephant.

While Brahmā watched, the pig became situated in the sky and increased to the size of an elephant in a moment. It became most astonishing.
Gaja-mātraḥ means the size of an elephant.
