Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

One should not give these teaching to those with evil motives, to those without behaviour as students, to those who are proud, to those with different ideas, and those who make a show of religion for profit and position. Kapila shows those who are not qualified for these teachings. Some people attempt to understand by false bhakti for evil purposes (khalāya). Others are devoid of conduct as students (avinītāya). Others are proud (stabdhāya). Others have different opinions (bhinnāya). Others are fixed in dharma simply for material gain and fame (dharma-dvajāya).
