dattvācamanam arcitvā

Translation
One should offer all the prasāda to a Vaiṣṇava or offer him some of the prasāda and then take some oneself. After this, one should offer the Deity ācamana and then betel nut and then again worship the Lord.

One should give this food offering to a Vaiṣṇava or take some oneself. After offering the Lord ācamana, one should offer the Lord betel nut.
One should offer all the food to a devotee, or offer a little and take the remainder for oneself.
