Translation
From the combination of Śubhra and his wife, Vikuṇṭhā, there appeared the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Vaikuṇṭha, along with demigods who were His personal plenary expansions.

From the combination of Śubhra and his wife named Vikuṇṭhā, there appeared the Supreme Lord, Vaikuṇṭha, along with devatās called the Vaikuṇṭhas, who were his expansions.
Vikuṇṭhā was the wife of Śubhra. The Lord appeared along with the Vaikuṇṭhas as his expansions.
