Translation (Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura)

After conquering the enemy, the saintly king Puraṣjaya gave everything, including the enemy's riches and wives, to Indra, who carries a thunderbolt. For this he is celebrated by different names because of his different activities. By conquering the demons’ city, he was known as Puraṣjaya. He gave everything to Indra, and Indra gave it to Puraṣjaya. Therefore the King was known by various names. Another version has āhutaḥ, but the meaning is the same.
