Verse Text
atha dīptāḥ –
prauḍhāṁ tri-caturā vyaktiṁ pañca vā yugapad-gatāḥ |
saṁvarītum aśakyās te dīptā dhīrair udāhṛtāḥ ||76||
Translation
Brilliant sāttvika-bhāva: When three, four or five sāttvika-bhāvas appear strongly and cannot be concealed, they are called dīpta-sāttvika-bhāvas.
Purport (Nectar of Devotion)
When the ecstatic symptoms cannot be checked and they simultaneously appear in four or five different categories, this stage of ecstatic love is called shining.
