śrī-nārada uvāca
tṛtīyasyāpi durgasya
pūrva-dvāre mahā-balaḥ
rakśaty ahar-niśaṁ rājan
hanumān aṣjanī-sutaḥ
śrī-nārada uvāca—Śrī Nārada said; tṛtīyasya—of the third; api—also; durgasya—fort; pūrva-dvāre—at the eastern gate; mahā-balaḥ—very powerful; rakśaty—protects; ahar-niśam—day and night; rājan—O king; hanumān—hanumān; aṣjanī-sutaḥ—the son of Aṣanī.
Śrī Nārada said: Day and night Aṣanī's very powerful son Hanumān guards the eastern gate ofthe third fortress.
